DESCRIPTION: \n  \n SCOUTS BSA WINTER CAMP \n  \n Price-Sanders Scout Reservation \n  \n Enjoy winter break with your troop or as a provisional camper.  The Southwest Florida Council Winter Camp experience at Price-Sanders Scout Reservation offers a fun way to advance in Scouting. \n  \n  \n Space is limited to the first 350 Scouts and leaders. \n  \n  \n A $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT PER CAMPER IS DUE AT ONLINE REGISTRATION. \n  \n REGISTRATION CLOSES 11/30/26 \n  \n ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE 11/30/26. All staff members must be 15 years of age or older. Staff development training will take place on the following two weekends: \n  \n  \n  \n Staff Training 1: November 20 - November 22, 2026  \n  \n  \n Staff Training 2: December 18 - 20, 2026 \n  \n  \n  \n Attendance at these two weekends is mandatory for all those who wish to serve on camp staff.  \n  \n  \n Please complete a staff application and e-mail to Luke Hitchcock at: pssrcampdirector@gmail.com.   \n  \n  \n If you submit an Staff Application, you will be contacted to notify you if you have been accepted to be a member of the 2026 Winter Camp Staff.  Submission of an application does not guarantee that you will be on the staff. \n  \n  \n Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.   \n
