"Surviving the Ice Age" is the theme of the Panther District Camporee to be held Feb. 2-4, 2024 at Camp Miles.  Registration will close 1/18 and all fees are due by 1/25.  Anyone registered after the cut-off date and any fees not paid by January 25 will result in being charged the $10 late fee regardless of when you registered.

This is a unit registration!  Please have one person register all your Webelos, Arrow of Lights, Scouts BSA, Venturers, and Adults. Changes to your roster between January 18 - January 25 can be emailed to:  swflactivityreg088@gmail.com.  No changes will be accepted after that.  If you have any problems with the registration, please contact SWFLActivityreg088@gmail.com.

NEW THIS YEAR:  Webelos and Arrow of Light participants are to register with the Pack that they belong to rather than with a Troop.

Registrations cannot be edited once they are submitted.  Follow the instructions in the Registration Info document to make changes or additions.

Registration Fee includes program materials and event patch.  Units are responsible for their own meals.

Camporee is a great time for Webelos/Arrow of Lights and Scouts BSA to get together to challenge their skills and themselves while having fun!  Arrow of Light Scouts and Webelos may attend on Saturday only and must depart after the Campfire Saturday evening.

Participants may order activity t-shirts for $15 per shirt.  The sizes are Adult Small thru Adult 5X.  T-shirts must be ordered by January 18th.  Orders after that date will not be filled.

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online!  Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card or Mailbox button and then click on the “Make Payment/Save” button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payment.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

Pursuant to Florida State Law, SWFL Council will collect all bank fees incurred on returned checks plus a service charge of $25 if the face value does not exceed $50; $30 if the face value exceeds $50 but does not exceed $300; $40 if the face value exceeds $300; or 5 percent of the face value of the payment instrument, whichever is greater.
