REGISTRATION CLOSES ON JANUARY 7TH AND ALL FEES ARE DUE BY JANURY 14TH.  ANY FEES NOT PAID BY JANUARY 14TH WILL BE CHARGED THE $5 LATE FEE.  YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL YOUR FEES ARE PAID.

Your very own, YOUTH LED, Order of the Arrow Chapter is planning another action packed Camporee for our fellow Scouts.  This year's theme is "Weekend at Hogwarts".  FUN, GAMES, CEREMONY, and more fun.  Be part of the action! 
Join us Saturday night for the Annual Order of the Arrow "Call OUT' ceremony.  Saturday will be our wildly popular CAMPFIRE program, so start working on your skits and songs now.

This is a UNIT REGISTRATION!  One person from your Troop will register everyone attending.  

Arrow of Light Scouts may attend on Saturday only and depart after the Campfire Saturday evening.  AOL's should register with a Troop.

Online Registration:  You do not have to pay online to register online! l Simply fill out the information online, click on either the Credit Card of Mailbox button and then click on the "Make Payment/SAve" button at the SIDE of the payment page to lock in your registration.  You will receive an instant confirmation of your registration/payments.  When mailing in your check put the activity name and registration number on the memo line of your check.

Event Fee Policy:  The current Southwest Florida Council policy is that registrants will be charged the event fee that is in effect at the time of registration if paid by the fee cut-off date.  Payments must be received at the Council Service Center not later than the fee cut-off date.  After that date registrants will be charged the late registration event fee regardless of the date the registration took place.

Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation Policy: Once registration fees have been paid, an individual may become ill or otherwise be unable to attend an event. As the event has already incurred expenses related to the activity such as program supplies, ins., food, patches, etc., event fees are non-refundable & non-transferable. An exception will be made ONLY if a request is received in writing or email (not phone) and submitted to the Southwest Florida Council Office by the individual no less than 72 hours before the date of the event. In most cases, only a partial refund can be made. Refunds for inclement weather will be made only if the event is cancelled. No refunds will be given on the Event Processing Convenience Fee.
